Antonio José Lozada Rodríguez

I'm Antonio José Lozada Rodríguez, Agentic AI Engineer, SAP Integration Consultant, and RHCSA. Originally from Venezuela, currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Since 2011 I've built enterprise integrations on SAP XI/PI/PO and CPI, covering SOAP, REST, IDocs, EDI, and ABAP proxies across banking, healthcare, retail, aeronautics, telecom, government, and food & beverage, from design through production support.

Since 2024 my focus has shifted to agentic AI engineering: designing multi-agent systems and the workflows that let AI coding agents produce production-grade software with enterprise-level code quality. That practice has shipped a ~120k-LOC Rust blockchain (DOLI), a Zig automation bot (GTR), the SaaS platforms mapaKMS and Zoka (Delivery as a Service), and the orchestration toolkit that makes it all repeatable (OMEGA Ω).

OmegaCortex

I'm a partner and Technical Director at OmegaCortex, one of its three owners. It's a technology company providing technical consulting to the government sector and to private industry, with offices in Portugal and Washington. There I lead the integration practice, helping public entities modernize and connect the systems they already depend on. On the private side, our clients include INETUM Portugal, where we consult on systems integration. Our work spans four core areas:

  • Integration and maintenance of applications: connecting legacy government systems to modern platforms through SOAP, REST, IDocs, EDI, and ABAP proxies, so agencies get interoperability without ripping out what already works.
  • Data integration and treatment: normalizing and validating fragmented data across departments using agentic AI workflows, bringing the rigor of enterprise SAP integration to problems that used to require slow manual mapping.
  • Systems administration and infrastructure: RHCSA-backed Linux and Unix administration and hosting, giving agencies a stable operational foundation and a partner for the long term, not just a one-off project.
  • Technical consulting in systems integration: advisory engagements that help an agency scope an integration approach or modernization path before committing to a build, often the first step toward a deeper partnership.
